Use your Coronet with or straight after a meal

An article that will soon be published in the journal Neural Regenerative Research looks at the relationship between glucose and photobiomodulation.

The article is called Does Photobiomodulation require glucose to work effectively?

I’ve described the details of the article in my other blog, redlights on the brain.

In short, red and near infrared lights are FAR more effective if used with plenty of glucose in the bloodstream.

Aim to use your light devices WITH or immediately AFTER a meal.
