Notes from the lab - Testing the 810 nm NIR LEDs

Today we’ll look at the output of the high power 810 nm near infrared (NIR) LEDs used in the Coronet and the CoroNase using our new spectrograph and radiometer.

The report shows that the spectrum is centred around 806 nm and the optical power is 452.11 lux and 42 foot-candles.

The optical intensity is 234 mW/cm2.

These test results are for one LED out of the 40 NIR 810 nm LEDs on the Coronet.
